When we moved from Kolkata to Bangalore, the city offered everything — opportunity, energy, warmth. But there was one thing no restaurant could give: the taste of home.

Bangla Ekhane was born from that longing — and from one simple belief: great Bengali food doesn't need to be fancy. It needs to be honest. Made with the right mustard oil, the right ratio of spices, and the patience that only comes from truly caring.
